The Adolescent Girls Power Program (AGPP) focuses on building the power of adolescent girls, including young mothers, to enable them to transform and change the structures that deny them choices and power. We create safe spaces and platforms in the community where girls come together to engage in dialogue, receive life skills, financial literacy, and vocational training to generate their own income and reduce the likelihood of violence and sexual violence. The program focuses on adolescents in-school and out-of-school aged 9–24 years in informal settlements.
This program aims to enhance the socio-economic development and well-being of young people and vulnerable groups—including the elderly, single mothers, people living with disabilities, widows, and orphans—by improving their living standards. It addresses poverty eradication through agricultural production, entrepreneurship, integration into supply chains, and climate adaptation strategies. Participants are also equipped with leadership skills to help them take initiative and drive change within their communities.
Our health program addresses key areas including sexual and reproductive health, safe motherhood, maternal and neonatal care, adolescent health, mental health, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and research. These interventions aim to improve overall well-being and promote informed health choices across communities.
Nurturing youth talent through sports, arts, and mentorship for holistic personal and community growth. We provide opportunities for young people to discover, develop, and showcase their talents in sports, creative arts, and leadership, fostering confidence and life skills.
